The Financial Police Directorate has filed a criminal complaint with the Basic Public Prosecutor's Office - Skopje against three officials at the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy.
The first accused, as stated in the statement of the Directorate in the capacity of an official in the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy, in accordance with the Decision, acted negligently during the exercise of his powers, so that during the years 2021 and 2022 he did not prepare minutes for taking over the management of the legal entity SHBB Ilinden SHA Skopje, even though on 07.10.2021 a Declaration for the termination of the lease agreement of the legal entity SHBB Ilinden SHA Skopje was regularly submitted no. 39-7689/1 dated September 28, 2021, contrary to Article 37 of the Law on Agricultural Land.
This has enabled SHBB Ilinden JSC Skopje to benefit from the illegal possession of state agricultural land as well as the illegal use of financial resources by the Agency for Financial Support in Agriculture and Rural Development for the period from 2021 to 2024 in the amount of total of 15.052.001,00 denars.
In the second case SHBB Ilinden JSC Skopje was allowed to benefit from that illegal possession of state agricultural land, as well as illegal use of financial resources from the Agency for Financial Support in Agriculture and Rural Development for the period from 2021 to 2024 in the amount total amount of 15.052 denars, while in the case of the third accused, this illegal benefit from 001,00 to 2021 is worth 2024 denars, it is stated in the communique of the Financial Police Directorate.
