American ultramarathoner and trainer of MMA star David Goggins is under fire after he shared a video in which a boy goes through inhumane exertion while training by balancing a heavy log on his shoulders.

Former soldier David Goggins has since become one of the most respected trainers in the world. He is engaged in fitness, and is known for endurance, fitness and training of other athletes.

The now-American ultramarathoner, who has trained top athletes such as MMA star Tony Ferguson, shared a video of a child undergoing the inhumane effort of balancing a heavy log on his shoulders during physical training.

The video shows the boy standing with his legs spread wide on two poles, with a heavy log balanced on his shoulders.

"I love this child. While most of you will disagree with the mental and physical training this kid goes through, what he will come out with is a madman you won't mess with… Any obstacle thrown at this kid he will overcome with ease", he wrote on social networks.

Well-respected in the sports world, Goggins took second place at the World Triathlon Championships in Hawaii in 2006. He took second place in the Moab 240 ultramarathon and has 12.6 million social media followers who regularly follow all of his training and advice. his. /Telegraph/
