The exhibition dedicated to the Young People, Bekimi: Perpetuate history with facts for generations, opens

The exhibition "Heroic Stance of the Jasharis for Freedom" has opened at the National Museum of Kosovo, where for one week there will be 200 photographs that speak of the heroic stand of the Jashari family and its most sublime sacrifice.

The descendant of the Jashari family, Bekimi, said that the Albanian people have suffered a lot for freedom, while adding that the state should do much more than that and perpetuate history with facts for other generations.

"This exhibition today is a special event, it is a story that generations, in addition to our generation, especially the new generations, need to see and be informed and learn about what happened in our country. Our people have suffered a lot, especially the Albanian people already in the state of Kosovo, unjustly divided as history shows.

The state should do much more than this, whether directly or contracted and assisted, and support people of good will or various organizations to collect as much facts and evidence as possible, first of all for our children to see and learn what has happened for centuries in our Kosovo...

In all our lands, in all the villages, there have been different experiences, but as fate would have it, with the coronation of the Kosovo Liberation Army, the country will be liberated... We who have remained alive have an obligation and obligation to work tirelessly to make it Kosovo as loved by our martyrs, as loved by those who dedicated their whole lives to this country, to our freedom", said Jashari.

The author of today's exhibition, Sadik Krasniqi, said that this exhibition contains over 200 photographs, and through them it is possible to bring the history closer to the visitors.

"Exhibition which remembers and brings domestic and international visitors up close to become familiar with what happened 25 years ago. The fall of Jashar is an extremely sublime act, rare and special, I call it a unique case in world history.

In the case of the Jashari family, in all organizations and military political schemes, the people were mobilized, that is, they positively influenced, strengthened and consolidated the Kosovo Liberation Army, and the international factor turned its attention away from Kosovo, and as a result of this event, the international media were also focused , diplomacy was also focused, and as a subsequent result of the spilled blood was also NATO's intervention in Kosovo. The exhibition contains over 200 photographs that talk about different dimensions of the family", said Krasniqi.

Citizens also came to see the exhibition up close at the National Museum of Kosovo.

Such an exhibition was also welcomed by Adem Nika.

"I believe that this is a great day, a day that presents all the struggle, the sacrifice, the organization of commander Adem Jashari, and his family. This is a synonym for all generations to come because this is how one should work, act, and fight for the freedom of the homeland. I have fresh memories, especially of the second attack that was in January... This organization is very important, it is the obligation and obligation of all institutions, especially the museum of Kosovo, here one can see many photographs, many tools that they used in the war during his action", he said.

The "Heroic Stand of the Jashars for Freedom", which was opened in honor of the glorious Epic of the KLA, will remain open for seven days, where citizens will be able to see the heroic stand of the Jashari family through photographs. /kp/
