An 11-year-old has scored the highest score on an IQ test - higher than Stephen Hawking and Albert Einstein.

While great geniuses are believed to have achieved a score of 160 points, Adrian Li achieved a score of 162 points on the Mensa IQ test. Because he managed to be in the top 2 percent to achieve the highest score on the test, Adrian was offered membership in the Mensa Society.

Adrian, who lives in Barnet, London after moving from Hong Kong, is listed in the top 1 percent globally, reports Mirror, Telegrafi reports.


Rachel, his mother, said he showed "signs of difference from early childhood", and that he could read the word "university" with perfect pronunciation when he was just 2 years old - despite not knowing the meaning of the word. .

With a passion for books since the age of 2, Rachel stated that her son reads different books every day. "During the time he was in kindergarten, he started reading the full versions of his favorite Star Wars books," she recalls.

Adrian himself said: "At first I thought I would only get a score of 148 points in order to get into the Mensa Society, I never thought it would come close to Einstein's score of 160 points." This was something amazing and very emotional for me."

He added: "Maybe one day, I will be able to achieve my dream - to become a cardiologist, get a degree from Cambridge and become the best doctor in the world!" /Telegraph/
