The head of the parliamentary group of the Democratic Party, Gazment Bardhi, has appeared at the Special Prosecutor's Office SPAK this Friday morning.
It should be noted that Bardhi has been called in the capacity of a person who has knowledge regarding the denunciation of Xibraka and the accusations against Olsi Rama.
Bardhi was scheduled to appear in SPAK on May 15, to testify in connection with the above case, but it was postponed at Bardhi's own request to May 24, due to an official visit to the Bundestag.
Bardhi will be interrogated by SPAK prosecutors as a person who has knowledge of the circumstances of the investigation.
SPAK reopened Xibraka's file at Bardhi's request, registering criminal proceedings no. 88, of 2024, resuming the suspended investigations in relation to criminal proceedings no. 335/1 ("Xibraka" file), of 2016, registered in the former Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance for Serious Crimes, Tirana.
