The Government of Kosovo has approved the proposal-decision for the initiation of procedures for the construction of the Ferizaj Hospital, a project worth about 28 million euros.
The proposal-decision was presented by the Minister of Health, Arben Vitia.
"In order to increase the infrastructural capacities and raise the quality of pre-clinical services in the municipality of Ferizaj and the municipalities that are in the area of responsibility of the Ferizaj hospital, the Ministry of Health, based on the Law on budget allocation, requests the approval of the proposal-decision to allow initiation of procedures as a multi-year project worth 27.9 million euros", said Vitia.
The construction project of the Ferizaj hospital was expected to be completed in 2021, but due to some problems it is said that it is expected to be completed in 2026. /Telegrafi/
