The Statistics Agency of Kosovo (ASK) publishes the Construction Cost Index for the third quarter (Q3) for the year 2024.
According to KAS, the overall index of Construction Cost in Kosovo (IKN) increased by 0.9% in Q3 2024, compared to Q2 2024.
Meanwhile, compared Q3 2024 with the same period of the previous year Q3 2023, the Construction Cost Index increased by 4.5%.

There was an increase in energy (20.1%), wages (1.3%), materials (0.7%), machinery (0.4%) and other costs (0.2%).

"The biggest increase was in energy (26.6%), wages (17.4%), transport (8.3%), materials (2.0%), other costs (1.3%), and machinery (1.2%)", announces ASK.
