The contract for the construction of the new Emergency Clinic is signed

The Ministry of Health announces that it has signed the contract for the start of the construction of the Emergency Clinic at KKU.

As announced by the Ministry of Health, after the decision of the Public Procurement Review Body, which confirms that the Ministry of Health has complied with the procedures of the Law on Public Procurement regarding the tender for the new Emergency Clinic in KKUK, the Ministry has signed the contract that paves the way for the construction of this center and the strengthening of emergency health services in Kosovo.

"The new Emergency Clinic is expected to have five floors, an area of ​​17 square meters with integrated emergency services, sufficient intervention and triage rooms, over 500 beds and new equipment, which will enable the staff will have much better working conditions, while the patients will have the opportunity for the highest quality health services", it is stated in the announcement of the Ministry of Health.


The operator selected for the construction of this center, according to the Ministry of Health, is the company "Al Trade" LLC, while the total price of the works according to the contract will be 8 million 106 thousand 238 euros.

According to the contract, the works on the construction of the clinic should start two weeks after its signing, in the premises of the University Clinical Center of Kosovo.
