One of them is the citizen Ilirjan Mekani, who criticized the ranking of the coefficient for public officials.


According to him, this bill violates two principles.

"The current salary of a professional official 3 is somewhere around 400 euros or 410 at that moment when the new law came into force, that official receives the same salary, but the issue is that with the entry into force of this law, the tax on salary and the moment it is taxed, it turns out that the salary is only 300 or something", said Mekani.

Harsh criticism is also being thrown for the categorization of employees of the justice sector.

The lawyer, Asdren Bytyqi mentions some of the mistakes he says were made during the drafting of the draft law.

"I think the Constitutional Court will partially overturn this provision because after four years it will significantly reduce the salaries in the judiciary and prosecution sector", Bytyqi declared.

There is also a complaint about the education sector.

"There are some delays and question marks in this draft law, especially regarding the recruitment of teachers and educational leaders, which needed to be defined", said Rinor Qehaja, from the Ed Guard Institute.
