The cat named "Tripod" was discovered fighting for survival when she was just 2 months old and her leg was severely injured after getting stuck in a car engine.

The 'tripod''s' leg, which was treated at the clinic of veterinarian Şeyma Şahin, could not be saved despite all interventions and was amputated.

The cat, nicknamed "Tripod" by the clinic staff because of its three legs, recovered quickly and began to live a normal life.

And now, "Tripod", which has become the mascot of the traders, has attracted everyone's attention on social media with videos shared by veterinarian Şahin.

Şahin told Anadolu that "Tripod" had impressed everyone with her determination to live.

Şahin, who explained that "Tripod" had one of her legs amputated when she was just 2 months old and that she is currently in good health, said: "She has been with us for 6 months. She is so energetic that no one realizes that she has one leg. When people ask: 'Why did you call her Tripod?' we tell them: 'Because she has three legs.'"

Şahin said that "Tripod" quickly attracted the attention of people around with its energetic nature and became the mascot of the merchants and everyone knows it. /AA/
