The attack in Iber-Lepenc, Kurti: Our partners do not want to blame Serbia

The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has spoken about his four-year government.

For the first time, Prime Minister Kurti spoke about the Special Court, giving the reasons why he did not go to visit the leaders of the Kosovo Liberation Army.

"I thought about the visit to The Hague and I was interested in going, but the main factor that stopped me from going is the fact that I had to fill out a lot of form documents, which I signed at the Special Court", said Kurti on RTK.

As for the attack in Varaga by Zubin Potok, in the Ibër-Lepenc channel, he said that it seems to him that everything boils down to the fact that "our international partners do not want to blame Serbia, and for the trouble in those cases we did not have a drone over the canal".

He also spoke about the appointment of the Chief Prosecutor of the state and asked why, when the three main leaders of the state do not agree that this person should become the Chief Prosecutor of the state, why does he insist?

While being asked about many open cases, such as that of water bottlers, the affair of oil and wheat, the case of KEK, of Mr. Krasniqi, and other cases, Kurti said that Krasniqi has brought KEK 105 million euros.

"Director, chief Krasniqi brought 105 million profit to KEK for 2022. This has driven our opponents crazy, some of whom are in the prosecutor's office, and this attack was made against his success, not because of his failure ", he said

The Prime Minister also spoke about the country's achievements during his governance.

"We have had impressive economic growth in these 4 years, the average has been 6 percent of the gross local production and at the same time we have record tax revenues that made me extremely happy, because it shows the trust of the citizens in the institutions and at the same time the growth of the economy our through our private flourishing".

This year is the year when we exceeded 3 billion euros in budget revenues, and these are 40 percent more than in the first year of government.
