Montenegrin soldier is photographed doing the eagle, causes reactions in Montenegro

A young soldier of the Montenegrin Army, David Gorvokovic, who is currently part of a NATO mission in Bulgaria, celebrated Albania's Flag Day on November 28, together with Albanian soldiers.
He was photographed making the double-headed eagle symbol with his hands, which caused many reactions in Montenegro.
The Montenegrin newspaper "Vijesti" reported the news with the title: "Member of the Montenegrin Army does the 'double-headed eagle'".
The Minister of Defense of Montenegro, Dragan Krapovic, confirmed for "Vijesti" that the information is correct and that an investigation is being conducted to find out more details about this case.
He also spoke about another incident involving two Montenegrin soldiers arrested in Kosovo.
They were stopped in Deçan because "Kosovo is Serbia" was written on their vehicle.
The minister stressed that the authorities will act in accordance with the law to deal with these situations.
