The Taliban have introduced the first car designed and manufactured in Afghanistan.
Aggressive-looking, the Mada 9 sports car prototype was the culmination of five years of work and design development by 30 engineers – managing to produce the ENTOP car in Kabul, Afghanistan – more specifically at the headquarters of the Technical Vocational Institute.
The performance of this car remains to be seen, so far the characteristics of the ENTOP or the date when serial production will begin have not been announced, Telegrafi reports.
According to the Taliban, with this car they intend to compete with Bugatti and McLaren, but the team behind the Mada 9 say that the motor vehicle has the engine of a Toyota Corolla.
Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid has proudly published photos of the car on social networks. /Telegraph/
