Telegraph Poll: Readers Blame LVV for Failures in Constituting the Kosovo Assembly

In a survey conducted by Telegrafi, the majority of readers blamed the Vetëvendosje Movement (LVV) for the successive failures in constituting the Kosovo Assembly after the February 9, 2025 elections.

The poll question was: "Who bears responsibility for the successive failures to constitute the Kosovo Assembly after the February 9 elections?"

During the first 24 hours, over five thousand readers participated in the survey and the results were as follows:

45% of participants blame LVV as the main culprit;

38% think that PDK, LDK and AAK are responsible;

15% consider that all political parties share responsibility;

Only 2% think that no one is responsible.

The poll results come at a time when the Kosovo Assembly has failed to elect its speaker, even after more than 15 sessions. LVV, as the winner of this year's parliamentary elections, has proposed Albulena Haxhiu for the post, but has not secured the support of other parties, which are seeking a consensual name, a request that has been rejected by LVV.

This political impasse has been going on for weeks now and according to Telegraf readers, the main responsibility falls on the party leading the process, but the opposition is also seen as co-responsible for this representation crisis.

Otherwise, Thursday is the 16th in a row for the constitution of the Assembly./telegraph/
