Surroi for Kurti's 4-year-old: The presence of the state in the entire territory has been strengthened

Publicist Veton Surroi, speaking on Debate Plus, analyzed the four-year period of Prime Minister Albin Kurti's government, emphasizing several elements.

Surroi considers important the fact that this is the first full four-year mandate in the history of Kosovo's government, describing it as a new phase of political stability in the country.

"What can be said is that this is the first mandate to be completed in four years. It is the first full term. And this demonstrates a new stage in Kosovo's political development. I mean there is a political stability that Kosovo has not had. Relative stability, of course, within the conditions in which we find ourselves", said Surroi.

Another element that Surroi appreciated was the strengthening of the state's presence throughout the country, a step that he considered vital for the sovereignty and functionality of the state.

"The second element is that during this period, we have a strengthening of the presence of the state of Kosovo in the entire territory of the country as a positive element", added Surroi.

Also, Surroi underlined the consolidation of the opposition during this period, which according to him, has brought a political balance to the country.

"The other positive element, which has been investigated. It is the strengthening of the opposition's narrative, the consolidation of the opposition's forces, that makes an important political balance in the country", he said.

Regarding the Serbian citizens of Kosovo, Surroi assessed the re-positioning of their interests within the Republic of Kosovo as an ongoing process.

Since Surroi has a contract with the Government of Kosovo, he stated that he cannot comment in a critical or laudatory manner, to avoid a conflict of interest.
