The recipe for the dessert which is very delicious!

Ingredients:

▪ 1 l of milk
▪ 1 cup of flour
▪ 1,5 cups of starch
▪ 2 cups of sugar
▪ 2 spoons of cocoa
▪ 1 vanilla sugar
▪ 50 g of margarine
▪ 100 g of coconut
▪ 100-150 ml of sweet cream or 100 g of whipped cream 

Preparation:


1. Mix starch, flour, sugar, cocoa, vanilla sugar and 250-300 ml of milk. Let the rest boil.

2. When the milk boils, boil the solution and mix.

3. In a large bowl, pour the coconut and spread it evenly over the entire surface of the bowl, shake the pan. Pour the boiled "pudding" over the coconut. Pour water all over the pan. When you spread it evenly, let it cool, and then put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

4. Mix the sweet cream (mixed with mineral water) and spread it on top of the "pudding".

5. Cut into square pieces, and wrap each piece. Add a little coconut to each "sarma", which is under it, but you can add a little more coconut as you wish. Store in the refrigerator until serving or can be served immediately.
