Undersea Internet cable connecting the US to Japan

In 2014, Google mentioned that it was part of the companies that would invest 300 million dollars in an Internet cable that would connect the west coast of the USA with Japan.

Today it was realized. Called Faster, the 9,000-kilometer-long cable will boost internet speeds around Asia and the US west coast.

According to Cnet, Faster's connection will be 60 terabits per second, which means it is ten times faster than a standard cable modem, reports KosovaPress.
