Ingredients:
* 2 fillets of white chicken meat
* 4 spoons of cream
* 4 small spoons of horseradish from the jar
* 3 eggs
* 120 grams of ham slices
* 150 grams of flour
* 150 grams of bread crumbs
* 50 grams of sesame
* 600 grams of potatoes
* 3 deciliters of oil
* mixed spices, black pepper

Preparation:
1. Both chicken fillets are cut in half lengthwise, then each half is cut lengthwise, opened and pounded with a wooden mallet.

2. Add honey to the prepared fillets according to taste and coat them with a little horseradish. Slices of ham are placed on each half of the fillet, and then coated with cream. The fillets are then folded and reinforced with a stirrup.


3. Roll the stuffed fillets in flour, then in beaten eggs and finally in breadcrumbs mixed with sesame seeds. The fillets are fried in hot oil, on both sides, until they are fried.
