Stuffed peppers: Healthy portion for the whole family!

Absolutely delicious! 

Ingredients:

– 10 peppers;
- 200 g of boiled rice;
- 1 leek;
– 1 bunch of beets (Beta vulgaris);
- 1 large carrot;
- 2 spoons of caviar;
- 100 ml of boiled tomatoes;
- 2 tomatoes or potatoes;
- salt;
- pepper;
– 4 cloves of garlic;
– oil.


Preparation:

Fry the minced leek in the oil and add the grated carrot. Steam the beetroot and cut it. Boil the rice, but not completely.

Add the boiled rice, grated beetroot, minced garlic, pepper and salt to the fried leek and mix it all together.

Wash the peppers and remove the seeds and then stuff them. Cut the tomatoes and potatoes into thin slices and close the peppers.

Wrap the tray with baking paper, pour a little oil and arrange the peppers.

Pour the boiled tomato on top of them and the oil.

Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 50-60 minutes.
