Stuffed mushrooms

A simple and very practical recipe to prepare. You can eat it both for lunch and dinner, as it is a very light food

Ingredients:

▪ 6 mushrooms (large)
▪ 3 slices of ham (cut into small pieces)
▪ half an onion (chopped)
▪ 1 cup of Mozzarella cheese
▪ 1 cloves of garlic
▪ 2 tablespoons of olive oil (refined)
▪ salt
▪ pepper
▪ some parsley (chopped)
▪ some bread (toasted, grated)


Preparation:

Separate the mushrooms from their tails.

Finely chop the tails and cook them in a pan together with the onion, add salt and pepper, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, ham and mozzarella.

Once they are all well browned, pour over the mushrooms

Then place them in a shallow pan and bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
