Following the action to arrest Florjan Plaku, in Orikum, Vlora, and the seizure of Pole Qorri's phone, investigations have been ongoing by SPAK for some time, euronews.al reports.
Sources from the Vlora Police indicate that suspected criminal exponents have been kept under surveillance for some time, intervening today in the cold water area where a wide security perimeter has been set up.
The action was carried out by Renea and SPAK forces and then the Vlora police were notified for support, with the National Bureau of Investigation also present.
