Usually the foods that are most available and that we consume very often are harmful to our health.

There are some highly processed products, such as foods or juices, which can slow down our metabolism and are harmful to health.

Therefore, you should avoid these types of foods, as nutritionists Heather Hanks, Lisa Richards and Beth Hawkes advise. According to them, we should stay away from processed sugar cookies and store-bought juices.

They are often found on shelves alongside healthy foods in stores, so many people buy them when they need a snack. However, nutritionists claim that they do more harm than good.

"Granola bars are the worst food for weight loss because they are full of refined sugars. Many manufacturers claim that they are healthy because they contain oats. While oats are indeed a good source of fiber, the problem is the added ingredients that make them unhealthy. "Processed foods are made of refined carbohydrates that create inflammation and destroy gut health," nutritionist Heather Hanks explained to She Finds.

Healthy juice options, such as tree juices, are also full of hidden sugar. If you consume fruit juice every day, it can cause problems such as bloating, inflammation, slow metabolism and weight gain.

"In a 350 milliliter orange juice, there are about 31 grams of sugar, which is 22 grams more than in the same amount of Coca-Cola," claims nutritionist Beth Hawkes.

Also, it is said that purchased fruit juices do not have any nutritional value. /Telegraph/
