Soft cookies with intense flavor, try this recipe during the holidays

For these cookies you need:

Preparation:
First melt the chocolate and butter. Meanwhile, mix the flour and salt in a bowl. In another bowl, beat the eggs, rum and 50 grams of fine sugar. This mixture should be stirred until the sugar dissolves.
Combine the melted chocolate and butter with the eggs and mix further. When the mass is uniform, add flour gradually with a spoon. Cover the bowl with foil and leave it in the refrigerator for two to four hours, as the mixture must be firm before baking.
When the mass is ready, we turn on the oven at 170 degrees. Take a portion of the mixture with a spoon and form balls of the desired size. We throw the balls first in the rest of the fine sugar and then in the powdered sugar.
