Sheki Useini was the next guest on the PodGo show on Telegrafi Macedonia, where he spoke about meditation, faith, stress, and healing people from their worries.

Useini said that he was born in the village of Tenovë, Tetovo, and then emigrated to Switzerland where he engaged in the gastronomy business and the securities and stock exchange trade.

"I have recently returned to our Albanianness here, in Kosovo, Albania and Macedonia, enjoying my presence here, together with my friends, feeling the love I receive from people. I am living my mission, which I declared a few years ago. The remaining part of my life, I will dedicate to spirituality," said Useini, among other things.

When asked if he is a millionaire, Useini said that he made his first million in 2008. "I am now engaged in the profession of spirituality, wanting to add value to our society," Useini replied, talking about his current activities.

On the question about stress, Useini said that stress is a product of fear. "Stress is a product of fear. In the beginning there were two fears, of falling and of noise, but now people have created many fears, and this can be proven scientifically that over 90% of the fears created do not exist but are created by the human mind itself. From this we understand that we must educate the mind to work for us, not against us," said Useini.

"The human mind is not obligated to bring spiritual peace, but it has a duty to ensure survival, and here it happens that it stops us in our actions, which the body and heart require," Usain spoke about stress and relief from stress.

"Breathing seems very simple, but it performs a very important process for humans, for the organs, for the mind, the heart, but also for our physique," replied Sheki Useini, to the question about freedom from anxiety.

Regarding his profession, when asked if he is prejudiced, he said that he has prejudices about his activity, but said that this is normal since people in general choose prejudice after being informed is more difficult than being prejudiced. "In order not to be prejudiced, people must be informed and then think based on information, not think without being informed," he replied.

Usein also spoke about his faith, saying that he is a practicing Muslim but does not accept the information of religious leaders who assign a location to God. "God has no location, God is not in the seventh cell. He is in our soul, in our heart, in our cells. God is everywhere and I do not accept that he is in one location," Usein concluded. /Telegraph/
