Shared job competition test questions, Economic Crimes arrests official of KRU "Hidromorava"

Police investigators from the Directorate for the Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption in Gjilan, in cooperation with the Basic Prosecution Office, during the investigation of a case, have provided credible evidence that officials of the RWC 'Hidromorava' in Gjilan have abused their official duties.

It is suspected that members of the commission of this company, assigned to conduct the procedures for two employment competitions, have provided the questions and answers of the written test, favoring one of the candidates who would undergo this written test the next day.

Today, at the offices of the NJHRKEK-Gjilan, the members of the commission were interviewed as suspects, in the presence of the ex officio lawyer.

During the interviews, it was learned that the suspect VM, (born 1984, Kosovar male), had given the written test questions to a candidate in advance.

These actions have created a well-founded suspicion that the suspect VM (member of the commission) has committed the criminal offense of "Abuse of official position or authority".

The state prosecutor was notified of the case, who issued a ruling to detain the suspect for 48 hours, while the other four suspects were released in a regular procedure.
