The Kosovo Assembly will hold its 18th session today in an attempt to establish a constitution.
Despite numerous statements, it seems that today is expected to be the same scenario as in the previous sessions.
Shortly before the start of this session in the Assembly hall, the leader of the LDK, Lumir Abdixhiku, and the leader of Nisma, Fatmir Limaj, exchanged a few words with each other.
From the photos captured by a Telegraph photographer, it is seen that Abdixhiku and Limaj had a serious discussion.
