Salmon with rice

Rice is a source of nutritional value and fiber that together with salmon creates a unique taste in the dish
Don't wait until you try it!
Need:- 250 g rice,- 500 g salmon fillet,- a spoonful of grated ginger,- 2 dl of cream,- an onion,- a clove of garlic,- 4 tablespoons chopped parsley,- 2 tablespoons of oil,- salt,- pepper.
Boil the rice at a medium temperature until it softens, while in the pan, fry the salmon fillets for a few minutes on both sides, then place on the plate.
In the same pan, fry the minced ginger, onion and garlic, add the cream, salt, heat until it boils, turn the fillets, cover with a lid and cook for another ten minutes.
At the end, stir in the parsley, remove from the heat and serve on top of the boiled rice, which you have decorated with the fried onion, with a salad if desired.
