Salad with chicken fillets

Need:

* 300 g of green salad
* 200 g of leeks
* 4 chicken breast fillets (120 g each)
* 2 tablespoons of oil
* 2-3 tablespoons of soy sauce
* 1 spoon of honey, salt, ground black pepper
* 150 grams of yogurt
* 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
* 2 spoons of vinegar
* ground red chili pepper

Preparation:


1. The salad is cleaned, shaken to dry and divided into bite-size pieces. The scallions are cleaned and each one is cut into 4 pieces.

2. Dry the chicken fillets with kitchen paper and cut into thin slices. They are fried in hot oil on all sides, until they are fried. Soy sauce and honey, salt and ground black pepper are added.

3. Combine all the ingredients of the salad. Mix the yogurt with 1-2 tablespoons of water, mayonnaise and vinegar. Add salt and ground red chili pepper.
