Roasted Peppers with Garlic and Schmand Cream: A Magic from the Oven

Roasting peppers in the oven or on the grill brings out their natural aroma and flavor, creating a different meal for you.
Ingredients:
- 4 hot peppers;
- 50 ml of olive oil;
- salt;
- pepper;
– 2 cloves of garlic;
– 1 cup of Schmand cream
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
2. Wash the peppers, remove the tops and seeds. Place them in the baking dish.
3. Coat the peppers with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4. Roast the peppers in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until they begin to darken and soften.
5. Once baked, remove from oven and let cool slightly. You can remove the skin (optional) for a softer texture.
6. Spread with Schmand cream and add minced garlic on top. Serve immediately.
