Ingredients:


▪ 1 kg of lamb shoulder pulp,
▪ 400 ml of yogurt,
▪ 800 ml of water,
▪ 250 g of rice,
▪ 5 egg,
▪ 1 spoons of mixed spices,
▪ oil, salt, ground black pepper

Preparation:

Put the water in the pot and put the lamb to boil.

In a fire-resistant container, put the cleaned rice in advance and put water from the boiling water of the meat.

Add the mixed spices and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

Break the eggs with a fork, add the yogurt and combine.
