The biggest Albanian names were associated with this country. It is no coincidence that the immortal Frederik Rreshpja (who left the first testament orally), chooses Kukës, or the Albanian Picasso, Ibrahim Kodra, who after two weeks spent here on April 27, 1939, when asked by Vath Koreshi during an interview in 1993, he says: "I want to go to Kukës once before I die".
