The man with the world's longest penis has ruled out having a penis reduction - even if it means he won't be able to have sex or have children.

As foreign media write, Telegraph reports, Roberto Esquivel Cabrera, 54, from Saltillo, Mexico, has a penis about 50 centimeters long.

He made headlines around the world in 2015 after a video went viral showing his genitalia to prove the truth of what he had said.

His half-metre-long penis is said to have broken the unofficial record believed to have belonged to American actor Jonah Falcon, whose penis was about 25cm when normal and about 35cm when erect.

"I would like to be in the Guinness Book of Records, but they don't recognize this record," he said.

"I'm famous because I have the biggest penis in the world. I am happy with my penis, I know that no one has it that big".

But, despite his "pride", Telegrafi reports, members of the medical community have asked him to at least consider reducing it.

Dr. Jesus David Salazar Gonzalez said: "We advised him: 'Roberto, the best thing for you is that the doctors give a normal shape to your penis so that you can have sex - so that you can have children.'

But, as they said further, he did not accept such a thing.

"He wants to have such a pension before the whole world".

"In Latino culture, whoever has a bigger penis is known more as a man. It is something special that makes it different from others."

"He is obsessed with the length of his penis," Dr. Gonzales finally said. /Telegraph/
