Put the milk and coffee in a blender.
Add 2 scoops of ice cream and ice, blend until combined. When you get a smooth mixture, pour it into tall glasses.
Garnish the drink with other scoops of ice cream, crumbled chocolate chip cookies, cream or sprinkles with chocolate chips.
