ECAP rejects four complaints, one from Haxhiu and the other from Nura

The Electoral Complaints and Appeals Panel (ECAP) has rejected four complaints regarding the vote counting for the December 28 early parliamentary elections.
According to a publication on the official website of the ECAP, it is announced that this institution has considered three complaints as out of time, while one complaint, according to them, has been withdrawn.
The complaint of Blessings to Haxhi has been filed after the deadline, requesting that the Central Election Commission (CEC) be ordered to cancel all ballots received by mail after 29.12.2025 and to exclude from the counting all ballots received after this deadline, including those received on 02.01.2026 and 05.01.2026, for the Early Elections for the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo.
The ECAP has also ruled inadmissible the complaint filed by the candidate for deputy from the ranks of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), Jacob Nura.
Nura from PZAK had requested that the CEC be ordered to count all polling stations in the Municipality of Skenderaj. /Telegraph/
