The Complaints and Appeals Panel (CAPP) has overturned the decision of the Central Election Commission (CEC) and decided to certify the list of candidates for deputies of the political entity Serbian List.
decision came after the complaint filed by the Serbian List to the ECAP, after the CEC had not certified its list of candidates for the early elections for the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo.
According to the decision of the ECAP, the appeal of the Serbian List was approved, while the decision of the CEC with Protocol No. 01/3771-2025, dated December 10, 2025, was amended. The Panel accepted the recommendation of the Office for Certification and Financial Control at the CEC, dated December 11, 2025, certifying the list of 33 candidates of this political entity.
With this decision, the Serbian List will participate in the Early Elections for the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, which will be held on December 28, 2025. /Telegrafi/
