Deco's "puzzle": How much money, who can leave and who can come to Barcelona

After being knocked out of the Champions League, with no options to win La Liga and with Xavi confirmed as coach, Barcelona have already started work on making the squad for next season.
But the problem remains Financial Fair Play. To date, Barcelona has overrun its wage bill and is being penalized as it has yet to receive the €40m Libero was due last year for the sale of a percentage of Barça Studios.
Currently, Deco, the sporting director of Barcelona is preparing for another summer full of puzzles to strengthen the squad as best he can.
Deco has a list on the table with plan A, another with plan B, then C and so on, almost halfway through the alphabet. He'll take what he can, as those on the A-list are hard to come by, unless a miracle happens, which is what he'd like.
Depending on the money, the position they want to strengthen is that of midfield with names like: Martin Zubimendi, Amadou Onana and Joshua Kimmich on the list. If there is money, the sporting director and Xavi will sit down to see what the best option is.
If the money doesn't come, the option will be Guido Rodriguez or whoever comes in as a free agent.
If the money is there, Barcelona could look for a winger, as Joao Felix is unlikely to continue. Here one must also take into account the return of Ansu Fati from Brighton. Another loan of Joao Cancelo will be tried.
The club is also considering selling players. Ronaldo Araujo, Frenike De Jong and Raphinha are the ones who have the most options to leave because they have a high market value.
Their transfers would have a significant impact on the wage bill, paving the way for the signing of a midfielder like Bernardo Silva.
The only way for the Portuguese to come is to sell an important player from the current team.
These moves would also affect Vitor Roque's future. If the Brazilian were to go on loan, the centre-forward position would have to be strengthened to have a replacement for Robert Lewandowski. /Telegrafi/
