The Italians have published a video showing the preparation of potato pie from the pan, or as they say "crushed potato", Telegrafi reports.

Need:


- 500 g of potatoes;
- 150 g of flour;
- 1 eggs;
- salt;
- pepper;
- olive oil;
- 100 g of ham;
– 100 g of melted cheese.

Preparation:

Boil the potato with the skin, then clean and crush it.

Add salt, eggs, pepper and flour and knead until it becomes a smooth dough.

Pour olive oil into the pan, then spread half of the dough across the bottom of the pan. Then arrange the bacon, cheese and bacon again on top and spread the rest of the dough on top.

Cook for about 5 minutes on one side and 5 minutes on the other side, over low heat.

Serve hot!
