Cake with plums and walnuts - a real autumn dessert

Fluffy, juicy and so irresistible

Ingredients:

- 3 larger or 4 smaller eggs,
- 2 cups of buckwheat,
- 2 cups of flour,
- 1 cup of oil,
- 1 cup of yogurt,
- 1 cup of sugar,
– 1 bag of cake powder,
- 1 lemon peel,
- 50 g of raisins,
- 1 vanilla,
- 1 handful of chopped walnuts,
- 600 g of plums.


Preparation:

Whisk the eggs with the sugar and add the flour, semolina and baking powder, then the oil, yogurt, lemon, raisins and half and put it in the pan.

Arrange half of the plums and flatten the rest of the dough. Top with the rest of the plums.

Sprinkle with vanilla sugar and a handful of chopped walnuts.

Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.
