Insomniac has announced that the PlayStation 3 (PS3) had 1.9 million active users last month, which is quite a number considering that the PS3 was released in 2006.
PlayStation 5 has registered 37.1 million monthly active users, while PlayStation 4 is still dominating with 70.3 million users.
Meanwhile, the total number of active PlayStation Network accounts is said to be around 107.5 million.
Although Sony's current generation is more available than ever, user numbers change all the time.
Sony has announced that the PS5 has sold 50 million copies, implying that the number of monthly active users has also increased.
However, the PS5's growing usage figures do not detract from the fact that the PS4 is still Sony's most active product. /Telegraph/
