If you're looking for a quick and irresistible dessert, Aviko's churros that you can find everywhere in the markets – are the ideal choice.
With a crispy outer layer, soft interior, and tempting golden color, these churros will become your favorite treat for warm evenings or family parties.
Ingredients:
-1 package Aviko Churros
-100 g dark chocolate
-100 ml of sour cream (for cooking)
-A little salt
-Optional: icing
Instructions:
1.Preparing Churros
Preheat the oven according to the package directions or prepare the oil if you want to fry them. Place the churros on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or gently lower them into the hot oil.
Bake or fry for 5–7 minutes, until golden and crispy. Let cool slightly.
2.Preparation of the chocolate sauce
Meanwhile, break the chocolate into small pieces. Heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan until it begins to simmer, then remove from heat and pour over the chopped chocolate.
Mix slowly until a smooth, glossy mixture is created. Add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor.
3.Service
Arrange the warm churros on a serving plate. Pour the warm chocolate sauce over top. If desired, serve with a little whipped cream for an even richer taste.
Additional tip:
If you want a more festive flavor, sprinkle the churros immediately after baking with sugar mixed with cinnamon!
