Pepper sauce

A good accompaniment to your dishes. Nutritious and delicious. 

Ingredients:

• 1 spoon of butter
• half a cup of ready-made dark sauce
• a few sprigs of parsley
• some rosemary
• some bay leaves
• 4 spoons of vinegar
• a few grains of black pepper
• 1-2 spoons of fresh butter
• some red pepper
• salt, 1 onion, 1 carrot


Preparation:

Kitchens usually use the basic dark sauce for cooking, while housewives, if they do not practice it, can buy it.

In a small pot, fry the onions and carrots cut into semicircles with butter.

Add the parsley, rosemary, some bay leaves and fry them all together. Then add the vinegar, dark sauce, peppercorns and salt (if needed).

Bring to a simmer, strain, add some red pepper and keep in a warm place.

The sauce is ready to accompany your cooking.
