Pears stuffed with cheese, nuts and honey

To give a little more importance to pears and, on the other hand, not to commit to cooking any difficult dessert, add the ingredients we are proposing and you will transform the fruit into a completely different taste.

Ingredients:

▪ 2 pears
▪ 50 g of aragula salad (ricotta)
▪ 80 g of fresh goat cheese or cream cheese
▪ 3 full spoons of honey + 1 small spoon
▪ Crumbs of nuts or hazelnuts
▪ 1 small spoon of butter


Preparation:

1. Divide the washed pears in half.

2. Melt the honey with the butter in a non-stick pan. Here we put the pears in contact with the pan, on the side without their skin. We leave them for 10-15 minutes on a slow flame or until we see that a thick candy has been created.

3. In a bowl, mix the aragula with the remaining honey and goat cheese. We remove the part of the seeds from the pears and fill the small pit that is created with a little of the above mixture. Sprinkle them with a little salt, nut crumbs, put them in a pan with baking paper and put them to bake for 15-20 minutes in the oven preheated to 180°. We serve it like this or with a layer of aragula.
