Perfectly cooked pasta, according to Gordon Ramsay

This is the secret to perfectly cooked pasta, according to the famous chef 

Renowned chef Gordon Ramsay has revealed on his YouTube channel how to cook pasta perfectly, that is neither soft, nor sticky, but not hard either.

He explained in detail how to make sure your pasta always comes out "al dente".


According to him, there are four steps that separate you from perfect pasta:

1. The pot you cook in should be large enough so that the pasta doesn't stick. Make sure to add a pinch of salt to the water.

2. When the water boils, add the pasta and cook for as long as directed on the package.

3. When the recommended cooking time is up, taste a piece of pasta and, according to Ramsey, it should be like this: "The pasta shouldn't be soft, nor too hard and crunchy. It should just be firm enough on the inside."

4. If cooked well, remove immediately and drain. Add a little olive oil to prevent sticking.
