Ingredients:

▪ 1 spoon of tomato juice,
▪ 300 g of white flour,
▪ 100 g of trahana,
▪ 300 g of tomatoes,
▪ 1,5 l of meat broth,
▪ 1 spoon of butter,
▪ 1 spoon of flour,
▪ Ground pepper,
▪ Pepper, to taste

Preparation of trahana:

Knead the dough from eggs and flour. It is best when it stays for two or three days in a cloth bag.

Then, pass the dough through a grater in order to obtain large crumbs.

Pass the tomato through a grater in order to obtain the juice (tomato sauce can also be used).

Fry the flour in the melted butter. For the flour fritter, add the tomato juice and add all the soup.

Let it boil, then add the trahana and boil for another 30 minutes.
