OpenAI introduces new feature: What can ChatGPT do now?

Californian artificial intelligence development company OpenAI has introduced a new feature in its ChatGPT tool called Deep Research.

This feature enables complex, multi-step online searches for complicated tasks – a new AI agent can complete tasks in a few dozen minutes that would take humans hours, according to the company's announcement.

According to OpenAI, this feature is designed for professionals working in fields like finance, science, politics, and engineering, where deep, accurate, and reliable research is required, reports TechCrunch.

In addition, it can also be useful for those making purchases that require careful analysis, such as purchasing cars, appliances, and furniture.

This new feature is currently available to users with a ChatGPT Pro subscription, who can currently send up to 100 requests per month.

Deep research is now available on the ChatGPT website and will be integrated into the mobile and desktop apps within a month. The company adds that it will soon be available to Plus and Team users.

"The ability to synthesize knowledge is essential for the creation of new knowledge. For this reason, deep research represents an important step towards our broader goal of developing artificial general intelligence (AGI) and can help in scientific research," says the official OpenAI website. /Telegraph/
