OnePlus 13T comes with a large battery

The phone has been officially launched in China, while it has not yet been confirmed whether it will be released in the European market. OnePlus has officially launched the OnePlus 13T model in China, which stands out for its larger battery capacity than many Ultra flagship models, although it is only slightly larger than the iPhone 16 or Samsung Galaxy S25.

The company calls the 13T's OLED display "small," even though it measures 6.32 inches and is slightly larger than Apple and Samsung's flagships. Compared to those phones, the 13T is also heavier, but not by much. However, it has a smaller screen than the standard OnePlus 13 model and is lighter than it. That means it's considered compact, at least by OnePlus standards.

What sets this phone apart is undoubtedly the 6.260mAh battery. This is not only significantly higher capacity compared to the iPhone 16 (3.561mAh) or Galaxy S25 (4.000mAh), but it is also larger than that of the OnePlus 13 (6.000mAh) and Galaxy S25 Ultra (5.000mAh).

The enhanced battery is made possible thanks to an improved version of silicon-carbon technology, which allows greater capacity to be packed into smaller battery cells compared to traditional lithium-ion batteries.

The OnePlus 13T has also changed in design – it no longer has the familiar browser, which has been replaced with a customizable shortcut button. With it, you can control the volume, open specific apps, take screenshots, or activate AI tools.

As for other features, the OnePlus 13T uses the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset in combination with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. On the back are two 50-megapixel cameras - the main camera and a 2x telephoto one.

The said battery supports 80W fast charging via cable, but the company has not mentioned whether the 13T supports wireless charging.

The price of the OnePlus 13T phone in China is around $466, and it remains to be seen how much it will cost if it comes to the European market. /Telegraph/
