New research has found that mothers who have two children and a full-time job have significantly higher levels of stress.

The team of English researchers analyzed the data of more than 6,000 individuals and the study was published in the journal 'Sociology'.


They obtained a variety of information, including the participants' work lives, hormone levels, blood pressure and experiences with stress.

According to their findings, overall levels of biomarkers associated with chronic stress are 40% higher in women who have two children and are working full-time.
