Mixed salad

Ingredients:
* 1 kg of potatoes
* 2 onions
* 2 bay leaves
* 0,5 di apple cider vinegar
* 1 small cabbage
* 300 g of peas
* 300 g of carrots
* 250 g mayonnaise
* 2 dl yogurt
* 150 g of ham
* 4 pickled cucumbers
* 4 eggs
* mixed spices, salt, black pepper

Preparation:
1. Potatoes are boiled, then allowed to cool, peeled and cut into cubes.

2. Carrots, onions and pickled cucumbers are cut into cubes, while the cabbage is cut into larger cubes. Eggs are boiled, peeled and coarsely grated. Finely chop the gray bacon.


3. Pour water into a large pot, add apple cider vinegar, bay leaves and a little salt and boil until the water boils. Cabbage, onions and carrots are boiled in that water.

4. Add the young peas and continue cooking until the peas are soft. Drain the vegetables.

5. Mix mayonnaise and yogurt in a separate container.

6. Combine boiled vegetables, potatoes, pickled cucumbers, eggs and bacon in a suitable container. The mayonnaise and yogurt mixture is poured over them, black pepper and mixed spices are added to taste and everything is mixed slowly.
