The President of the Republic of Albania, Ilir Meta, continued his visit to Kosovo, paying tribute to the heroes and fallen of the Jashari family at the "Adem Jashari" Memorial Complex in Prekaz.
There he was received by the mayor of Skenderaj municipality, Bekim Jashari and the mayor of Drenas, Ramiz Lladrovci.
Jashari wrote on Facebook that on the eve of the November 28 holiday, they welcomed President Meta in Prekaz, whom they accompanied during the tributes.
"On the eve of the celebration of the 28th of November, together with my friend, the mayor of Drenas, Ramiz Lladrovci, we received the President of the Republic of Albania, Mr. Ilir Meta, whom we accompanied during the tributes to the heroes and fallen of the Jashari family. On this occasion, I thanked President Meta for the visit and the tribute paid to our common history. Glory to the martyrs and martyrs of Freedom!
