For an ideal figure, she practices yoga and always eats the same thing. However, she often pampers herself with a glass of wine and her favorite chips, Telegraph reports.
So how does it manage to maintain the same weight?
Of course, Megan Markle practices a healthy lifestyle, works out, practices yoga, but her diet still helps her the most to maintain a slim figure.
Her rule is to drink a glass of warm water with lemon right after waking up. It helps the body to wake up and recharge. This standard ritual is performed daily by many Hollywood celebrities.
Megan never skips breakfast. For lunch I eat salad and some protein, meat, fish, grilled food without oil, and for dinner pasta or steak with pumpkin sauce with low calories.
Otherwise, Megan says she loves to cook and has a special recipe for her usual dinner: She dices the zucchini and heats it in a pan, without oil. When the zucchini is browned and soft, she turns on the blender and gets a sauce that is good to combine with all the products or to eat individually as a separate dish.
Lunch: Salad with vegetables and a piece of fish (meat) or beans
Mezhuta: A green apple, almonds or vegetables and fruits
Dinner: Pasta with zucchini and parmesan and a glass of red wine
Her fridge is always stocked with hummus, carrots, cereal, almond milk and chicken. However, when her friends come over, she enjoys unlimited chips and seafood, as well as a shake. It's rare, but it still happens. /Telegraph/
